Title: Gravitational Detection of New Particle Interactions with Cosmology
Abstract: If feebly interacting particles like neutrinos or dark matter are coupled to new particles in a hidden sector these couplings generically alter the evolution of linear cosmological perturbations
at early times and the distribution of these particles in the Universe at late times. In this talk I will discuss how cosmological perturbations and can be used to constrain (or detect) new particle interactions that may otherwise be inaccessible. In particular I will focus on signatures of and observational constraints on new secret neutrino interactions from cosmology that delay neutrino decoupling and interactions that couple dark matter to a relativistic particles and result dark acoustic oscillations (DAO) in the matter power spectrum.
