Discovery student wins prestigious EU grant for CERN

Christine Hartmann, PhD-student at the Discovery Center has received a 9-month EU Fellowship to spend with the Theory Group at CERN.

Christine works on neutrino physics and on strong interaction physics with Discovery Center Scientific Associate Richard Ball and her supervisor Poul Henrik Damgaard. At CERN, Christine will be involved in Higgs physics research and Beyond Standard Model physics with CERN scientists Christophe Grojean and Ignatios Antoniadis.
